Are you feeling called to record the Liturgy of the Hours or Devotional
Prayers for our listeners?

In his 1988 post-synodal Apostolic Exhortation Christifideles Laici, on the vocation and mission of the lay faithful in the Church and in the world, Pope Saint John Paul II writes:

16. “Life according to the Spirit, whose fruit is holiness (cf. Rom 6:22; Gal 5:22), stirs up every baptized person and requires each to follow and imitate Jesus Christ: in embracing the Beatitudes; in listening to and meditating on the Word of God; in conscious and active participation in the liturgical and sacramental life of the Church; in personal prayer—whether alone, with family, or in community; in the hunger and thirst for justice; in the practice of the commandment of love in all circumstances of life and service to the brethren, especially the least, the poor, and the suffering.”

If you’ve listened to our programming here at We Are One Body® Radio, you know that prayer—especially the Liturgy of the Hours—is at the heart of what we do. You’ve also heard the voices of families and individuals praying these sacred prayers together.

If, as you read this, you feel the Holy Spirit’s call to become a prayer leader, please fill out the form below and let us know how you’d like to participate in our prayer ministry.

We've received your message! Thank you!
